Exodus 31:3

וָאֲמַלֵּ֥א אֹתֹ֖ו ר֣וּחַ אֱלֹהִ֑ים בְּחָכְמָ֛ה וּבִתְבוּנָ֥ה וּבְדַ֖עַת וּבְכָל־מְלָאכָֽה׃

And I have filled him with the Spirit of God, with wisdom, understanding, knowledge, and all kinds of craftsmanship.
