Exodus 39:4

כְּתֵפֹ֥ת עָֽשׂוּ־לֹ֖ו חֹבְרֹ֑ת עַל־שְׁנֵ֥י קצוותו חֻבָּֽר׃

Shoulder pieces were made for it, joined at its two edges, and it was joined together.
