Ezekiel 16:11

וָאֶעְדֵּ֖ךְ עֶ֑דִי וָאֶתְּנָ֤ה צְמִידִים֙ עַל־יָדַ֔יִךְ וְרָבִ֖יד עַל־גְּרֹונֵֽךְ׃

And I adorned you with adornment, and I put bracelets upon your hands and a necklace upon your neck.
