Ezekiel 19:11

וַיִּֽהְיוּ־לָ֞הּ מַטֹּ֣ות עֹ֗ז אֶל־שִׁבְטֵי֙ מֹֽשְׁלִ֔ים וַתִּגְבַּ֥הּ קֹֽומָתֹ֖ו עַל־בֵּ֣ין עֲבֹתִ֑ים וַיֵּרָ֣א בְגָבְהֹ֔ו בְּרֹ֖ב דָּלִיֹּתָֽיו׃

And it had strong rods for the scepters of rulers, and its height was exalted above between the thick branches, and it was seen in its height with the multitude of its tendrils.
