Ezekiel 21:32 (Ezekiel 21:27)

עַוָּ֥ה עַוָּ֖ה עַוָּ֣ה אֲשִׂימֶ֑נָּה גַּם־זֹאת֙ לֹ֣א הָיָ֔ה עַד־בֹּ֛א אֲשֶׁר־לֹ֥ו הַמִּשְׁפָּ֖ט וּנְתַתִּֽיו׃ פ

Overturn, overturn, overturn I will make it; this also shall not be, until he comes to whom the judgment belongs, and I will give it to him.
