Ezekiel 21:31 (Ezekiel 21:26)

כֹּ֤ה אָמַר֙ אֲדֹנָ֣י יְהוִ֔ה הָסִיר֙ הַמִּצְנֶ֔פֶת וְהָרִ֖ים הָֽעֲטָרָ֑ה זֹ֣את לֹא־זֹ֔את הַשָּׁפָ֣לָה הַגְבֵּ֔הַ וְהַגָּבֹ֖הַ הַשְׁפִּֽיל׃

Thus says the Lord YHWH: ‘Remove the turban and take off the crown; this shall not be this. The low one exalt, and the high one bring low.
