Ezekiel 23:6

לְבֻשֵׁ֤י תְכֵ֨לֶת֙ פַּחֹ֣ות וּסְגָנִ֔ים בַּח֥וּרֵי חֶ֖מֶד כֻּלָּ֑ם פָּרָשִׁ֕ים רֹכְבֵ֖י סוּסִֽים׃

Clothed in blue, governors and rulers, desirable young men all of them, horsemen riding horses.
