Ezekiel 4:7

וְאֶל־מְצֹ֤ור יְרוּשָׁלִַ֨ם֙ תָּכִ֣ין פָּנֶ֔יךָ וּֽזְרֹעֲךָ֖ חֲשׂוּפָ֑ה וְנִבֵּאתָ֖ עָלֶֽיהָ׃

And toward the siege of Yerushalayim you shall set your face, and your arm uncovered, and you shall prophesy over it.
