Ezekiel 45:6

וַאֲחֻזַּ֨ת הָעִ֜יר תִּתְּנ֗וּ חֲמֵ֤שֶׁת אֲלָפִים֙ רֹ֔חַב וְאֹ֗רֶךְ חֲמִשָּׁ֤ה וְעֶשְׂרִים֙ אֶ֔לֶף לְעֻמַּ֖ת תְּרוּמַ֣ת הַקֹּ֑דֶשׁ לְכָל־בֵּ֥ית יִשְׂרָאֵ֖ל יִהְיֶֽה׃

And the possession of the city you shall give five thousand in breadth, and twenty-five thousand in length, over against the offering of the holy portion; it shall be for all the house of Yisraʾel.
