Ezekiel 48:35

סָבִ֕יב שְׁמֹנָ֥ה עָשָׂ֖ר אָ֑לֶף וְשֵׁם־הָעִ֥יר מִיֹּ֖ום יְהוָ֥ה שָֽׁמָּה׃

All around eighteen thousand; and the name of the city from that day shall be “YHWH is there.”
