Ezekiel 5:3

וְלָקַחְתָּ֥ מִשָּׁ֖ם מְעַ֣ט בְּמִסְפָּ֑ר וְצַרְתָּ֥ אֹותָ֖ם בִּכְנָפֶֽיךָ׃

And you shall take from there a few in number, and you shall bind them in your skirts.
