Genesis 26:11

וַיְצַ֣ו אֲבִימֶ֔לֶךְ אֶת־כָּל־הָעָ֖ם לֵאמֹ֑ר הַנֹּגֵ֜עַ בָּאִ֥ישׁ הַזֶּ֛ה וּבְאִשְׁתֹּ֖ו מֹ֥ות יוּמָֽת׃

And Avimelekh commanded all the people, saying, “Whoever touches this man or his wife shall surely be put to death.”
