Genesis 30:38

וַיַּצֵּ֗ג אֶת־הַמַּקְלֹות֙ אֲשֶׁ֣ר פִּצֵּ֔ל בָּרֳהָטִ֖ים בְּשִֽׁקֲתֹ֣ות הַמָּ֑יִם אֲשֶׁר֩ תָּבֹ֨אןָ הַצֹּ֤אן לִשְׁתֹּות֙ לְנֹ֣כַח הַצֹּ֔אן וַיֵּחַ֖מְנָה בְּבֹאָ֥ן לִשְׁתֹּֽות׃

And he set the rods that he had peeled in the troughs, in the watering channels where the flocks came to drink, facing the flocks, and they would become stimulated when they came to drink.
