Habakkuk 2:4

הִנֵּ֣ה עֻפְּלָ֔ה לֹא־יָשְׁרָ֥ה נַפְשֹׁ֖ו בֹּ֑ו וְצַדִּ֖יק בֶּאֱמוּנָתֹ֥ו יִחְיֶֽה׃

Behold, his soul is puffed up; it is not upright within him, but the righteous one, by his faithfulness, shall live.
