Isaiah 13:15

כָּל־הַנִּמְצָ֖א יִדָּקֵ֑ר וְכָל־הַנִּסְפֶּ֖ה יִפֹּ֥ול בֶּחָֽרֶב׃

Everyone who is found shall be pierced through, and everyone who is caught shall fall by the sword.
