Isaiah 17:2

עֲזֻבֹ֖ות עָרֵ֣י עֲרֹעֵ֑ר לַעֲדָרִ֣ים תִּֽהְיֶ֔ינָה וְרָבְצ֖וּ וְאֵ֥ין מַחֲרִֽיד׃

Forsaken are the cities of ʿAroʿer; they shall be for flocks, they shall lie down and none shall make them afraid.
