Isaiah 2:15

וְעַ֖ל כָּל־מִגְדָּ֣ל גָּבֹ֑הַ וְעַ֖ל כָּל־חֹומָ֥ה בְצוּרָֽה׃

And against every high tower, and against every fortified wall.
