Isaiah 23:3

וּבְמַ֤יִם רַבִּים֙ זֶ֣רַע שִׁחֹ֔ר קְצִ֥יר יְאֹ֖ור תְּבֽוּאָתָ֑הּ וַתְּהִ֖י סְחַ֥ר גֹּויִֽם׃

And in many waters, the seed of Shiḥor, the harvest of the River, was her revenue, and it became commerce for the nations.
