Isaiah 30:18

וְלָכֵ֞ן יְחַכֶּ֤ה יְהוָה֙ לַֽחֲנַנְכֶ֔ם וְלָכֵ֥ן יָר֖וּם לְרַֽחֶמְכֶ֑ם כִּֽי־אֱלֹהֵ֤י מִשְׁפָּט֙ יְהוָ֔ה אַשְׁרֵ֖י כָּל־חֹ֥וכֵי לֹֽו׃ ס

And therefore YHWH will wait to be gracious to you, and therefore He will be exalted to have compassion on you; for YHWH is a God of justice; blessed are all who wait for Him.
