Isaiah 30:19

כִּי־עַ֛ם בְּצִיֹּ֥ון יֵשֵׁ֖ב בִּירֽוּשָׁלִָ֑ם בָּכֹ֣ו לֹֽא־תִבְכֶּ֗ה חָנֹ֤ון יָחְנְךָ֙ לְקֹ֣ול זַעֲקֶ֔ךָ כְּשָׁמְעָתֹ֖ו עָנָֽךְ׃

For a people shall dwell in Tsiyyon, in Yerushalayim; you shall not weep in weeping. He will surely be gracious to you at the sound of your cry, when He hears it, He will answer you.
