Isaiah 32:13

עַ֚ל אַדְמַ֣ת עַמִּ֔י קֹ֥וץ שָׁמִ֖יר תַּֽעֲלֶ֑ה כִּ֚י עַל־כָּל־בָּתֵּ֣י מָשֹׂ֔ושׂ קִרְיָ֖ה עַלִּיזָֽה׃

Upon the soil of My people thorn and brier shall come up, for upon all the houses of joy, the jubilant city.
