Isaiah 32:16

וְשָׁכַ֥ן בַּמִּדְבָּ֖ר מִשְׁפָּ֑ט וּצְדָקָ֖ה בַּכַּרְמֶ֥ל תֵּשֵֽׁב

And justice shall dwell in the wilderness, and righteousness shall sit in the orchard.
