Isaiah 32:4

וּלְבַ֥ב נִמְהָרִ֖ים יָבִ֣ין לָדָ֑עַת וּלְשֹׁ֣ון עִלְּגִ֔ים תְּמַהֵ֖ר לְדַבֵּ֥ר צָחֹֽות׃

And the heart of the hasty shall understand knowledge, and the tongue of stammerers shall hasten to speak clearly.
