Isaiah 33:5

נִשְׂגָּ֣ב יְהוָ֔ה כִּ֥י שֹׁכֵ֖ן מָרֹ֑ום מִלֵּ֣א צִיֹּ֔ון מִשְׁפָּ֖ט וּצְדָקָֽה׃

Exalted is YHWH, for He dwells on high; He has filled Tsiyon with justice and righteousness.
