Isaiah 36:2

וַיִּשְׁלַ֣ח מֶֽלֶךְ־אַשּׁ֣וּר אֶת־רַב־שָׁקֵ֨ה מִלָּכִ֧ישׁ יְרוּשָׁלְַ֛מָה אֶל־הַמֶּ֥לֶךְ חִזְקִיָּ֖הוּ בְּחֵ֣יל כָּבֵ֑ד וַֽיַּעֲמֹ֗ד בִּתְעָלַת֙ הַבְּרֵכָ֣ה הָעֶלְיֹונָ֔ה בִּמְסִלַּ֖ת שְׂדֵ֥ה כֹובֵֽס׃

And the king of Ashshur sent Rab-shaqeh from Lakhish to Yerushalayim, to King Ḥizqiyahu, with a heavy force, and he stood by the conduit of the upper pool on the highway of the field of the launderer.
