Isaiah 46:7

יִ֠שָּׂאֻהוּ עַל־כָּתֵ֨ף יִסְבְּלֻ֜הוּ וְיַנִּיחֻ֤הוּ תַחְתָּיו֙ וְיַֽעֲמֹ֔ד מִמְּקֹומֹ֖ו לֹ֣א יָמִ֑ישׁ אַף־יִצְעַ֤ק אֵלָיו֙ וְלֹ֣א יַעֲנֶ֔ה מִצָּרָתֹ֖ו לֹ֥א יֹושִׁיעֶֽנּוּ׃ ס

They lift him upon the shoulder, they carry him, and they set him in his place, and he stands; from his place he does not move. Even if one cries out to him, he does not answer; from his distress he does not save him.
