Judges 20:9

וְעַתָּ֕ה זֶ֣ה הַדָּבָ֔ר אֲשֶׁ֥ר נַעֲשֶׂ֖ה לַגִּבְעָ֑ה עָלֶ֖יהָ בְּגֹורָֽל׃

And now, this is the thing that we shall do to the Giveʿa: against it by lot.
