Judges 5:15

וְשָׂרַ֤י בְּיִשָּׂשֶׂכָר֙ עִם־דְּבֹרָ֔ה וְיִשָּׂשֶׂכָר֙ כֵּ֣ן בָּרָ֔ק בָּעֵ֖מֶק שֻׁלַּ֣ח בְּרַגְלָ֑יו בִּפְלַגֹּ֣ות רְאוּבֵ֔ן גְּדֹלִ֖ים חִקְקֵי־לֵֽב׃

The princes of Yissaskhar were with Devora, and Yissaskhar was also with Baraq; into the valley, he was sent on foot. Among the divisions of Reʾuven, great were the deliberations of heart.
