Jonah 1:12

וַיֹּ֣אמֶר אֲלֵיהֶ֗ם שָׂא֨וּנִי֙ וַהֲטִילֻ֣נִי אֶל־הַיָּ֔ם וְיִשְׁתֹּ֥ק הַיָּ֖ם מֵֽעֲלֵיכֶ֑ם כִּ֚י יֹודֵ֣עַ אָ֔נִי כִּ֣י בְשֶׁלִּ֔י הַסַּ֧עַר הַגָּדֹ֛ול הַזֶּ֖ה עֲלֵיכֶֽם׃

And he said to them, “Lift me up and throw me into the sea, and the sea will quiet from upon you, for I know that because of me this great storm is upon you.”
