Jonah 2:10 (Jonah 2:9)

וַאֲנִ֗י בְּקֹ֤ול תֹּודָה֙ אֶזְבְּחָה־לָּ֔ךְ אֲשֶׁ֥ר נָדַ֖רְתִּי אֲשַׁלֵּ֑מָה יְשׁוּעָ֖תָה לַיהוָֽה׃ ס

But I, with the voice of thanksgiving, will sacrifice to You; what I have vowed I will fulfill; salvation belongs to YHWH.
