Jeremiah 10:12

עֹשֵׂ֥ה אֶ֨רֶץ֙ בְּכֹחֹ֔ו מֵכִ֥ין תֵּבֵ֖ל בְּחָכְמָתֹ֑ו וּבִתְבוּנָתֹ֖ו נָטָ֥ה שָׁמָֽיִם׃

He who made the earth by his power, established the world by his wisdom, and by his understanding stretched out the heavens.
