Jeremiah 48:3

קֹ֥ול צְעָקָ֖ה מֵחֹֽרֹונָ֑יִם שֹׁ֖ד וָשֶׁ֥בֶר גָּדֹֽול׃

A voice of crying from Ḥoronayim: devastation and great destruction.
