Jeremiah 49:30

נֻסוּ֩ נֻּ֨דוּ מְאֹ֜ד הֶעְמִ֧יקוּ לָשֶׁ֛בֶת יֹשְׁבֵ֥י חָצֹ֖ור נְאֻם־יְהוָ֑ה כִּֽי־יָעַ֨ץ עֲלֵיכֶ֜ם נְבוּכַדְרֶאצַּ֤ר מֶֽלֶךְ־בָּבֶל֙ עֵצָ֔ה וְחָשַׁ֥ב עליה֖ם מַחֲשָׁבָֽה׃

Flee, wander greatly, go deep to dwell, O inhabitants of Ḥatsor, declares YHWH, for Nevukhadretstsar king of Bavel has counseled against you a counsel, and he has devised against you a device.
