Leviticus 16:19

וְהִזָּ֨ה עָלָ֧יו מִן־הַדָּ֛ם בְּאֶצְבָּעֹ֖ו שֶׁ֣בַע פְּעָמִ֑ים וְטִהֲרֹ֣ו וְקִדְּשֹׁ֔ו מִטֻּמְאֹ֖ת בְּנֵ֥י יִשְׂרָאֵֽל׃

And he shall sprinkle upon it some of the blood with his finger seven times, and purify it and consecrate it from the uncleanness of the children of Yisra’el.
