Leviticus 23:44

וַיְדַבֵּ֣ר מֹשֶׁ֔ה אֶת־מֹעֲדֵ֖י יְהוָ֑ה אֶל־בְּנֵ֖י יִשְׂרָאֵֽל׃ פ

And Moshe declared the appointed times of YHWH to the children of Yisra’el.
