Leviticus 24:12

וַיַּנִּיחֻ֖הוּ בַּמִּשְׁמָ֑ר לִפְרֹ֥שׁ לָהֶ֖ם עַל־פִּ֥י יְהוָֽה׃

And they placed him in custody, so that it might be declared to them by the mouth of YHWH.
