Leviticus 24:14

הֹוצֵ֣א אֶת־הַֽמְקַלֵּ֗ל אֶל־מִחוּץ֙ לַֽמַּחֲנֶ֔ה וְסָמְכ֧וּ כָֽל־הַשֹּׁמְעִ֛ים אֶת־יְדֵיהֶ֖ם עַל־רֹאשֹׁ֑ו וְרָגְמ֥וּ אֹתֹ֖ו כָּל־הָעֵדָֽה׃

“Bring out the one who cursed to the outside of the camp, and let all who heard him lay their hands on his head, and let the entire assembly stone him.
