Leviticus 24:17

וְאִ֕ישׁ כִּ֥י יַכֶּ֖ה כָּל־נֶ֣פֶשׁ אָדָ֑ם מֹ֖ות יוּמָֽת׃

And if anyone strikes a human being to death, he shall surely be put to death.
