Leviticus 24:21

וּמַכֵּ֥ה בְהֵמָ֖ה יְשַׁלְּמֶ֑נָּה וּמַכֵּ֥ה אָדָ֖ם יוּמָֽת׃

And he who strikes an animal shall make restitution, but he who strikes a person shall be put to death.
