Leviticus 27:31

וְאִם־גָּאֹ֥ל יִגְאַ֛ל אִ֖ישׁ מִמַּֽעַשְׂרֹ֑ו חֲמִשִׁיתֹ֖ו יֹסֵ֥ף עָלָֽיו׃

And if a man redeems any of his tithes, he shall add a fifth to it.
