Leviticus 4:11

וְאֶת־עֹ֤ור הַפָּר֙ וְאֶת־כָּל־בְּשָׂרֹ֔ו עַל־רֹאשֹׁ֖ו וְעַל־כְּרָעָ֑יו וְקִרְבֹּ֖ו וּפִרְשֹֽׁו׃

And the skin of the bull, all its flesh, with its head and its legs, and its entrails and its dung.
