Leviticus 7:14

וְהִקְרִ֨יב מִמֶּ֤נּוּ אֶחָד֙ מִכָּל־קָרְבָּ֔ן תְּרוּמָ֖ה לַיהוָ֑ה לַכֹּהֵ֗ן הַזֹּרֵ֛ק אֶת־דַּ֥ם הַשְּׁלָמִ֖ים לֹ֥ו יִהְיֶֽה׃

And from it he shall offer one out of each offering as a contribution to YHWH; it shall belong to the priest who sprinkles the blood of the peace offerings.
