Leviticus 9:1

וַיְהִי֙ בַּיֹּ֣ום הַשְּׁמִינִ֔י קָרָ֣א מֹשֶׁ֔ה לְאַהֲרֹ֖ן וּלְבָנָ֑יו וּלְזִקְנֵ֖י יִשְׂרָאֵֽל׃

And it came to pass on the eighth day, Moshe called Aharon, his sons, and the elders of Yisra’el.
