Leviticus 9:18

וַיִּשְׁחַ֤ט אֶת־הַשֹּׁור֙ וְאֶת־הָאַ֔יִל זֶ֥בַח הַשְּׁלָמִ֖ים אֲשֶׁ֣ר לָעָ֑ם וַ֠יַּמְצִאוּ בְּנֵ֨י אַהֲרֹ֤ן אֶת־הַדָּם֙ אֵלָ֔יו וַיִּזְרְקֵ֥הוּ עַל־הַמִּזְבֵּ֖חַ סָבִֽיב׃

And he slaughtered the ox and the ram, the sacrifice of the peace offerings for the people, and the sons of Aharon presented the blood to him, and he sprinkled it on the altar all around.
