Leviticus 9:21

וְאֵ֣ת הֶחָזֹ֗ות וְאֵת֙ שֹׁ֣וק הַיָּמִ֔ין הֵנִ֧יף אַהֲרֹ֛ן תְּנוּפָ֖ה לִפְנֵ֣י יְהוָ֑ה כַּאֲשֶׁ֖ר צִוָּ֥ה מֹשֶֽׁה׃

And the breasts and the right thigh Aharon waved as a wave offering before YHWH, as Moshe commanded.
