Numbers 1:2

שְׂא֗וּ אֶת־רֹאשׁ֙ כָּל־עֲדַ֣ת בְּנֵֽי־יִשְׂרָאֵ֔ל לְמִשְׁפְּחֹתָ֖ם לְבֵ֣ית אֲבֹתָ֑ם בְּמִסְפַּ֣ר שֵׁמֹ֔ות כָּל־זָכָ֖ר לְגֻלְגְּלֹתָֽם׃

Lift the heads of all the congregation of the children of Yisra’el, by their families, by their fathers’ houses, according to the number of names, every male, by their skulls.
