Numbers 10:18

וְנָסַ֗ע דֶּ֛גֶל מַחֲנֵ֥ה רְאוּבֵ֖ן לְצִבְאֹתָ֑ם וְעַל־צְבָאֹ֔ו אֱלִיצ֖וּר בֶּן־שְׁדֵיאֽוּר׃

And the banner of the camp of Reuven set out according to their divisions, and over its army was Elitzur son of Shede’ur.
