Numbers 10:3

וְתָקְע֖וּ בָּהֵ֑ן וְנֹֽועֲד֤וּ אֵלֶ֨יךָ֙ כָּל־הָ֣עֵדָ֔ה אֶל־פֶּ֖תַח אֹ֥הֶל מֹועֵֽד׃

And you shall blow in them, and the whole congregation shall be gathered to you at the entrance of the Tent of Meeting.
