Numbers 10:4

וְאִם־בְּאַחַ֖ת יִתְקָ֑עוּ וְנֹועֲד֤וּ אֵלֶ֨יךָ֙ הַנְּשִׂיאִ֔ים רָאשֵׁ֖י אַלְפֵ֥י יִשְׂרָאֵֽל׃

And if they blow with one, the leaders, the heads of the thousands of Yisra’el, shall assemble to you.
