Numbers 17:5 (Numbers 16:40)

זִכָּרֹ֞ון לִבְנֵ֣י יִשְׂרָאֵ֗ל לְ֠מַעַן אֲשֶׁ֨ר לֹֽא־יִקְרַ֜ב אִ֣ישׁ זָ֗ר אֲ֠שֶׁר לֹ֣א מִזֶּ֤רַע אַהֲרֹן֙ ה֔וּא לְהַקְטִ֥יר קְטֹ֖רֶת לִפְנֵ֣י יְהוָ֑ה וְלֹֽא־יִהְיֶ֤ה כְקֹ֨רַח֙ וְכַ֣עֲדָתֹ֔ו כַּאֲשֶׁ֨ר דִּבֶּ֧ר יְהוָ֛ה בְּיַד־מֹשֶׁ֖ה לֹֽו׃

A memorial for the children of Yisra’el, so that no outsider who is not of the seed of Aharon should draw near to offer incense before YHWH, and so that they do not become like Qoraḥ and his assembly, as YHWH spoke through Moshe to him.
